Is it safe?
Absolutely safe. I would describe it as a form of nap, in between daydreaming and sleeping. It is when your brainwaves slow down to Theta 4-8 Hertz, so I can more successfully speak to your subconscious making positive suggestions, and addressing the things we have discussed. Remember this is therapeutic hypnosis, it is Hypnotherapy, rather than stage hypnosis, which is purely for entertainment – big difference.
How does Remote Hypnosis work.
All you need is a way to connect, whatever that is for you; phone, ipad, laptop etc. We set an appointment time and connect be it via Skype, Zoom, Messenger Facetime or WhatsApp. Also ensuring you will not be disturbed for about 60 to 90 minutes.
It can be on a comfortable lounge chair, your sofa, or propped up with pillows on your bed. From experience, I have found sitting upright, slightly reclined, is best.
We have a chat through the things you want to address, then close your eyes and drift into relaxation, being guided by my voice.
You seriously do not need to do a thing. How awesome is that? At the end I suggest you’ll open your eyes either at a finger snap or a count to 5, and your eyes will open as you gently return to full alertness.
